Manual bookings, no online presence, no system
Super Sharp Blades is a UK blade sharpening service that was operating without a functioning digital presence. Enquiries came in ad hoc - by phone, text, or word of mouth - and booking was handled manually using famcal.
The existing system meant potential missed enquiries, more manual work, and no organised way for customers to book online. There was no website that accurately represented the business prior, and no automated process to handle the volume of requests the business was generating.

directly to the client’s live calendar, allowing virtual assistants to manage appointments, customise scheduling routes, and handle backend operations in real time. Online bookings sync instantly with no manual input, preventing double-bookings and missed enquiries.
